Weld County 4-H Events

Weld County 4-H offers several county activities for members and leaders to participate in. They include:

4-H Showcase

When:  January 6th, 10: 00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Where:  Exhibition Building, Island Grove Regional Park
Who:
  Invite all of your friends!
What:
  Activities, demonstrations, exhibits and lots of fun!

Activities may include cake decorating, model rocketry, pinwheels, leathercraft, scrapbooking and much more! A special feature may be the 4-H Shooting Sports trailer which will offer hands on target practice. There will be door prizes and free hot dogs & popcorn. Camp Cloverbud

Camp Cloverbud is open to all youth ages 5-7 years old (as of December 31st of the previous year). Youth can attend a day camp on February 3, 2018 at the Carbon Valley Recreational Center to attend workshops, do crafts and have fun. Registration is required. Please download theregistration form. Recognition Night

Recognition Night is the annual Awards Program for all 4-H members and leaders. Recognition Night is in October every year. For more information about Recognition Night, please contact Teresa Johnson at 970-400-2070.

Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras is the annual Weld County 4-H Foundation fundraiser. Mardi Gras is in November of every year. Each 4-H Club plans and runs a game booth. Public is more than welcome to join us for the fun at Mardi Gras. For more information about Mardi Gras, please contact Teresa Johnson at 970-400-2070.
